Zio. I’m sorry we couldn’t be closer to you during the last part of your life. You’re a strong man and I know you know how much you meant to all of us. I won’t be overcome by the pain of your loss because I know you wouldn’t want that… but you are loved by your family in Canada and we will all cherish the impression you’ve left on us until we join you in another life. Although you’ve left the world we know and I’m sad that you won’t get to see my sister get married, I’m glad you’re with your parents again and you will all be proudly watching over us all from another place. Your sister and brothers will grieve your loss for a time I’m sure but let them know, if you can, you know they loved you. I’m glad my mom could be there with you in your last days… we think about you all the time, you were never alone and I’m sorry that we couldn’t be there to physically make it apparent. You’ll live on through your nieces and nephews until we too join you in another life. We love and will miss you.
